Ski Bus Rules

Failure to comply with the rules will forefit any future use of the Ski Bus.

Any actions that may compromise the safety of the Ski Bus and its passengers will be subject to full prosecution.

Calaveras Transit reserves the right to cancel any routes that are not at minimum capacity (5 reserved riders) or when there are unsafe road conditions. Current conditions can be reviewed here.

Calaveras Transit will attempt to contact the individuals that were reserved for any canceled run.

In order to ride the Ski Bus you must be at least 12 years old or accompanied by an adult. Advance reservations are required for any minor, and must provide contact information including home address and a contact phone number.

Cancellations must be made by 6:00am on the reserved trip date.

Failure to make a reserved pick up time forefits your reserved seat on the bus.

You are only allowed to bring what items you can carry and safely control. Personal items will not be allowed to remain on the bus during the day.

Snow driving can be dangerous. It is important to respond and comply with all actions that the driver may request of you for your safety and the safety of the others around you. Listening to the driver will make for a safe and comfortable ride.

Fare or pre-purchased ticket must be presented when boarding the bus. Please have exact change, as the bus drivers carry none.

No eating or smoking on the bus. Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in spill-proof containers.

No pets are allowed. Service animals are welcome to accompany the disabled.

No public music. Music is allowed only through the use of headphones.

Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

No offensive language is allowed.

Violence, or vandalism is not allowed and subject to full prosecution.
